Open Till Late is my personal tribute to all the small convenience stores that stayed open throughout the pandemic.
March 2020 when the Government introduced lockdown measures to curb the infection rate of Covid-19, Briton's panicked, scouring empty supermarket shelves in the forlorn hope of finding toilet rolls and other essentials.
That’s when Britain’s ‘Open All Hours’ stores stepped in and revealed themselves as unsung heroes.
Thousands of shopkeepers put themselves at personal risk, on a daily bases, to serve their local communities.
